One young technician started arguing with me regarding my decision to rotate a worn tire from the front to the rear. I had already paid and the technician was highly disrespectful to my daughter and I. Will never do business with NTB again.

They told me my belt that went around my major components was about to split I knew better than that so I told him to show and he couldn't and to think I only wanted a oil change

We called today to see if they had time to change my oil. They said yes so we loaded the kids snd drive there - about 15 minutes, only to be told they could not do any more oil changes today. Uncool. Obviously can't rely on their word. Won't be going there again :(
First time here. Super helpful. Brought 2 vehicles in on the same day for various work. They completed everything I needed done. I was very happy with the service. Will definitely be back.
So i go to NTB in rosenberg tx to get two front new tires. First i set an appointment the day before. When i get there they say its hour and a half before they can get to my car. I admit it he took it upon himself to do the work so i was happy. When its done i find out they damaged one of the sensors to the tire. I take it back so they can replace it the next day. I show up the next day they replace it but one hour later i have a flat on a new tire. And its sunday they are closed. Ugh thanks alot
