Sold us an overpriced battery that cost $50 more than quoted before it was installed - Still had the problem with the vehicle, as it turns out it is the starter, not the battery. NTB is not to be trusted.

Spent $1223 on Tuesday for brake work and 4 tires. The brand was correct, but they were two different tread patterns and mounted on different axles. I didn't notice until the following morning. Made an appointment to have this corrected today at 8:00 AM. Arrived at 7:40 AM. There was a substantial price difference between the two types of tire. Very poor service, stood at front desk for 20 mins. Only 2 employees managing showroom. Was told the wait would be an hour and a half before they could see my vehicle. Staff was rude and only interested in their paperwork rather than interacting with people walking out the door including myself. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
3 hours... 3 hours... I needed a flat repaired on my truck and have sit here 3 hours just to have one of the technicians tell me that my factory lugs have defects and that they are having a hard time getting my tires off. I had originally stopped by for a tire rotation and and to have my flat fixed ( that have been installed and purchased at this location ). I get my vehicle dome only here employees are professional and nice my work on my car is always done right never had a problem with them .... Highly recommend this place
