Had another poor experience(this makes 3 in a year) at this NTB in Sugar Land. Made an appointment for a simple tire rotation. Had to wait about 30 minutes before they placed my vehicle in the shop and then there head mechanic was so occupied with putting up there safety chains than to work on my vehicle. Finally got around to my vehicle and after about a 15 second inspection(vehicle still on the ground) I was informed of other work it needed and no mention of the original problem I stated when I came in in addition to the r... read more
Worst tire place I have ever gone to. Went with a coupon to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. Took them forever and I left the car and came back and it wasn't ready. I told them I had a coupon from the beginning for a free tire rotation and they ended charging me $80.41 for an oil change and said they couldn't change the invoice. I argued with them forever that I told them and showed them the coupon when I can in at the desk and they would not change the invoice. I know they don't care whether you come back or not.
