RecommendedBest experience I’ve had for my first time in any NTB. Kyle was very friendly from the time I called and until the time I got there and left. I will definitely do business with them again. The NTB on Hwy 90 Alt. I can’t forget about the other staff. They were friendly and interested in getting the problem solved and in a timely manner.

Recently visited the Sugar Land store about issue I was having a vibration on the front of my wife's vehicle. On my initial visit, I was told after inspection of the problem was either struts or shocks. I was quoted $1500 in repairs. I then took my vehicle to my own mechanic and was told the problem was busted belts in three of the four tires (Continental). The new manager, Jonath Rochester, is amazing. Best service ever. I drive a bit further from home now, because the service and friendliness at this store far exceeds my previous experiences at another location.

I've always received great service here. Just this year I've purchased a set of wheels, 2 1/2 sets of tires, 2 alignments, oil change, complete AC rebuild on my Super Duty diesel, 2 inspections plus my company vehicles serviced. Always a great experience.
Sorry, but this place has lost my business. This makes two times in one week that I've tried to go to this place to get an inspection and an oil change and a tire rotate. The first time they said that they could not do inspections because their machine was down. And that they would be available again on April 10. So here it is April 11 and I go to this place and they said that their inspector is not working today. So I said will how about my free tire rotate? I don't not trust National Tire and Battery with my vehicle and no one else's vehicle. I have had to take my vehicle back twice, two different times two different locations. I am not for sure if it's because I use a coupon.
