It shouldn't take 3 hours for 2 new rear tires... without an appointment the day before I was told it would be 3 hrs.. that's why I set up an appointment... and it still took 3 hrs... why...
Well every time I have been there they have been very good but yesterday the tires that I had ordered the day before were not there for my appointment time of 10:30 . After a hour and half they were finished putting on the two tires I had purchased. When I received my keys they had put the the tires on the rear instead of the front as I had asked for . After twenty minutes more I was done.
Took 5 hours for a safety inspection that they couldn't be bothered to do. Then tried to bs me about it. UNSAT.
Careless tire installation. Had to return to get mismatched valve stems replaced (DUH!). Tires grossly overinflated. Seat protector and floor mat from shop was left in my vehicle. Merchant's Tire credit card was declined because they closed my account! Corporate customer service was a complete joke. The person who called me was clueless and would not offer any compensation for the mistakes, the need to go back or the embarrassment and hassle of having my credit card declined. NEVER AGAIN!
