I will never be coming to this business again. I have been loyal to this company for YEARS and dumped THOUSANDS of dollars to them. I have been forgiving for times I have not been notified of my vehicle's status. And for the time they gave me a bad battery. (Woke up to the truck dead in the morning.) Having good, knowledgeable service!
Anyone have a problem with them charging over $600 to fix a problem and the problem hasn’t been fixed. Car is still doing the same thing. After leaving it all day (I had an appt. at 7:30 am and they didn’t start on my car for 3 hours later) they finally tell me something else is wrong with it and they don’t do that kind of work. I’m out over $600 and car not fixed. Called another NTB and they tell me they do that work. Working on a resolution and will see if they make it right or just keep my $$
My vehicle has sat at this location for 24 hours and was promised an inspection by 10 am the next day. I’m on military orders and only passing through VA over night. I go to pick up my vehicle and it hasn’t even been looked at yet and it’s unsure of when it’s going to get in for the inspection.. the customer service is absolutely horrible and it’s extremely clear that time commitment or any commitment, means nothing to you. In the span of 2 weeks I took my car to have it's oil changed. Both times I was told a wait time of 1.5 hours. Both times those wait times elapsed. When asked why the service is taking so long the technician said the wait time was 3+ hours. Which means what was said to me and what was written on the invoice are 2 different things. That's called lying. Which means I will never bring any of my vehicles to this business again.
