Went a lil over time. But they got the job done. Money well spent.
Made appointment did not even come close to getting my car in. 45 minutes of waiting, gave up to take my business elsewhere.
4+hrs to change the oil and 2 tires on my work Truck. What a joke. I will never be back again. And they were not busy at all. Terrible
An hour and fifteen minutes to complete a ten minute oil change after making an appointment. Sorry but having the wrong filter excuses just don't fly when there's a Walmart across the street and an auto zone 8 minutes away. And the we can't leave story? The shop guys were in plain clothes. Grab petty cash and handle the transaction you set an appointment for. Sometimes it's better to go a little above the ordinary for your customers. I contacted NTB yesterday and wanted them to rotate my tires. These Tires were purchased one year ago form the original owner of the truck. To my surprise they said the warranty does not go from owner to owner. My question is this...are the tires on that particular vehicle warrantied or is the owner of the vehicle warrantied? Does not make sense since $186 was paid for the extended warranty. needless to say I will never do business here. To whom it may concern from NTB Managment....take care of your clients.
