NTB told me that they would not do my tire rotation because "unfortunately, the tires on the back are new, so why not just get some for the front too?" They also would've charged me $70 on just the oil change if they had done it, but they did not because apparently my dipstick was completely dry and they don't do any sort of engine repair. Do not go to NTB for car service. They are the worst. They are telling me that I need new tires *again*. I bought these in Aug 2015, and they have 40K miles on them, with a 70K mile life. This would be the 3rd set of tires that I bought in the 6.5 years I've had the car. My husband stopped going there after their constant drive to push repairs that weren't needed. Just an overall very disappointing experience. Was quoted a price for a very specific part replacement and cost more than doubled from the time I called to the time I went for my appointment. Mistakes happen..i get it. But when the shop's response is flat out rudeness...I just don't get it. Based on other online reviews, it looks like my experience is closer to the rule, not the exception.
