My truck had a rock stuck between the rotor and dust shield causing a screeching noise. Instead of driving it home 20 miles away and risk it cutting a groove in the rotor, I stopped and asked if they would pull the tire and loosen the two bolts holding the caliper on so the rotor will be free and the rock can fall out. You may leave with your vehicle worse than when you went in. I recommend the people of Mt. Juliet to go elsewhere for their auto service.
Woke up with a flat tire on Sunday morning brought the Truck to NTB in My Juliet.I highly recommend these people great service and a group of highly trained professionals.I won't consider anybody else.
Ethan and Mike and the entire crew at the Mt Juliet store are great. I drive an extra 15 miles to see them. My wife had a flat and took it to the Rivergate location to replace 2 tires and the service was abysmal. We have been with Ethan since he was at the Hendersonville location. Outstanding service every time.
