I had a great experience at Marvis Tire and Brake! The staff was professional, honest, and very helpful from start to finish. when we moved from Smyrna to Dallas, I was bummed to lose Amber at the South Cobb location. I'm delighted to report that Jeff at the Dallas Hwy location, is AMAZING! Incredibly helpful and kind, they make me feel comfortable and valued. Walking distance from my new house and welcoming- perfect!
I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I came in with some pretty bad tires and was already having a rough day, but Chris, the manager, completely turned it around. He was friendly, professional, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any stress. My car feels brand new again! They helped me gave me a free brake inspection made sure my truck brakes weren’t fault highly recommend they treat customers very well and there perfect to come to for tires and brakes.
I stopped by Mavis Tire & Brake to inquire about prices on new tires, and Chris, the manager, was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. It’s rare to find someone so patient and knowledgeable these days!
