I visited this location a total of three times, and I went to five different tire shops. I compared pricing, customer service, and credit card promotions. NTB had the best by far. I was able to have my tires price matched and I couldn't be any happier with my new tires and my new repair shop! Rex did such a phenomenal job with printing quotes (unlike every other tire shop) that I felt he was upfront and trustworthy and that made it even easier to chose NTB over the rest. Worst experience ever. Came in and paid for an oil change and a tire rotation. Tire rotation DIDN'T happen, still charged. Now months later, we're dealing with the ramifications of a shotty job on the oil change. They overtightened the drain to the point it cannot be removed and the head is rounded. NTB, a company NOT focused on quality work or customer service. Go anywhere else.
I scheduled a 1 p.m. appointment and had no wait before my vehicle was brought in. It was ready quickly, and the store manager took the time to look up my tire-purchase record in 2014 -- quite a feat since NTB moved to a new computer system in 2015. He also checked my tires' wear, providing me an estimate of when I'll likely need to replacement them.
