Extremely polite from the manager all the way down to the technicians. With an appointment, I've always gotten quick and excellent service. Their determination to provide a quality experience at a more than reasonsble price shows every time I am there. I am a customer for life!
My wife's car has been there 3 times for them to fix the alignment and now we need new tires from uneven tire ware and they even mounted and balanced the brand new tires that are on the car. My nephew took his 95 ranger in for an alignment and after waiting over an hour they pulled his truck in and said they could not align it because it was lowered and they didn't have the right ball joints to fix it. That let's me know that they don't know the first thing about suspension because an I-beam suspension needs camber adjusters... read more
