RecommendedThey were professional in everyway. I went to kwik Kar in Terrell Tx. and paid for an incorrect Diagnostic that consisted of shaking the wheel and guessing. BUT... these guys know about service. They took the time to get it right.

Made an appointment, got to the store and they didn’t have it. It was slow and quiet said they could go ahead and do an oil change and tire rotation. Took the truck back quickly, but here I am still waiting 2 hours later... this is not the first time I’ve waited here for several hours either or had an appointment messed up. I tried to give them another chance but this store just wastes too much time and is unorganized with appointments. Be careful about going to get your battery changed here I was charged $370 to have A battery installed which seems like a ridiculous price. 249 for the battery $80 to put the battery in even though it only took the mechanic 15 minutes to install it and a 20 Dollar Core charge.
Can't suggest any improvements. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I was completely satisfied with the product and service. I do not generally give reviews, but this is warranted. Keep up the good work.

2 hour wait after a scheduled appointment at noon! Rude staff! And slow
ZERO STARS! Have spent several thousand dollars over the last several years. Last 2 times I have made an appointment only to find out when I get there they do not have me down for an appointment for a simple tire rotation. Can’t get the oil changed as you only use V oil which sucks by the way and I’m not allowed to bring my new unopened oil. We’re done NTB. Learn to write down appointments when people call. There are others out there that will be glad to take our business.
