So this might now be the most fair review I’ve given but I can’t stand being lied to. I’ve got to their stores all over for tires for my Camaro and I’ve never had a problem at any of their locations, granted I’m usually buying much more expensive tires. So today I had a flat and could not readily get to my spare because I have a car full of clothing and blanket donations for a few places. I called on Saturday to see if they did car inspections. The gentleman who answered the phone Steve said yes. But the machine was down but come first thing in the morning and it would take about 30 mins. I got there at 9 and was told their machine was broken. He also said the first guy I talked too, Steve, gets his days mixed up and he's older, so he probably got confused. Then he told me State Inspections are not done on Sunday's. He said come back on Monday. Well I went down the street. I got my Inspection done in 15 mins.... read more
When I called in on their corporate 800 number I was scammed and my bank account hacked. No apologies by NTB. Then when I sent my sales receipt in by fax and mail they rejected my it for their $ 75 rebate promotion for signing up for their credit card. Scammed again. Disappointed is an understatement don’t recommend NTB
