Earlier my wife posted but I need to add I'm not a mechanic and having said that I I do know cars but if you do not know cars it would be very difficult for you to have very good service at this establishment this place for lack of a better word sucks
Had 4 tires installed and an alignment. Drove off after 3 hours and car was still out of alignment and vibrating. Went back and they switched front and back tires, drove off and was still out of alignment. Went back and my husband had to stand over the mechanic to make sure it got an alignment. Horrible.
Excellent business practice to turn away a customer with a blown tire on a Saturday evening with no where else open and 30 minutes till closing time. I don't care what "plans" you have after work, it's a business and you should take care of your customers. You have forever lost my business!
After having new tires put in at this location one day later my tire kept going flat. Took the car back there and they said I had a cracked rim(left rear) A few weeks later I notice on the right side they put the wrong size tire on the wrong wheel and then put the wider rear wheel on the front and the smaller front wheel on the rear. So they got this job all wrong. Of course I can't prove they cracked my wheel($300). maybe it was a smaller crack that they just made bigger. Terrible service. Bathroom was horrible. Had an appointment, still waited an hour for my car to be worked on.
