Can’t even make a simple oil change without messing your car up. Would definitely not recommend you go there. Manager was a complete douchebag as well.

Recommendedwent to 3different auto places and no one wanted to put a battery in my Kia for me... because it was raining and late afternoon. I drove right up to NTB in Hickory and the attendant took me right in and helped me very courteously and prompt. Very Professional 👍. clean waiting area. they deserve a 6 instead of a 5!

I DO NOT!!! recommend this tire center. My husband came by this afternoon with a flat tire and they are cleary open until 4. The man working the front desk not only turned him away but showed zero concern that our family car has a flat tire. He told my husband to come back at 7 am the next morning. Thank you NTB of Hickory! You will be recieving 0 referrals from our family.
Horrible service! Had a slow leak on a tire I bought at that store and was told they had no time for me. Only one customer in store. I told the man that I would never buy tires again from them and he was fine with that. They don't need your business so don't give it to them!
They got me in for an oil change this evening just before close even though I arrived later than I said I would. To top my day off, I had come directly from the vet's office with my dog and expected to wait outside. They let us both inside while we waited the very short time it took them to change my oil and rotate my tires. With extended hours and that customer service, it's definitely worth coming back for oil changes. Thanks again!
Shane by far is an awesome guy. He really took care of the issue I had with my car and made sure I left being 100% satisfied. I will make sure I go back for any repair and maintenance issues on my car from now on. Highly recommended.
The gentleman at this locate were very professional and very helpful. I had an emergency with my tires and a far away from home. They got me in before the time that they quoted. If I am ever in the area again, I will go to them again.
I bought tires there before with no problems. I take my car there for oil changes and tire rotation and balances. It's a little bit of a wait but not to bad. Good servive and the serviceman was very professional and nice.
