I went to NTB Crystal Lake and I had a great experience. Break lights were out. I had 3 little kids in tow he came out to get the door and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Friendly service, 100% will be coming back.

I had an amazing experience with the Crystal Lake, IL NTB location! My daughter and I were in the area for a volleyball tournament, when my truck ran into trouble. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was 2 hours away from home. I was able to get my truck to their location and Dan Ball was wonderful! Pete, our mechanic, was amazing too! So girlfriend took her car to get tires and an oil change today said it would be a couple hours but four and a half hours later she's walking out! Not only that she took her old tires with air and they charged her the disposal fee. With no apologies at all! This place is lucky I'm not nearby or I would go there and rip the fuckers heads off!
Just had 4 new tires installed on my truck. Also had a new battery installed. These guys are GREAT! Excellent service! I would highly recommend them! Did an online quote and set my appointment up that way. NO surprises whatsoever!
