Every year when I bring my old car out for it's first drive, I stop by and have NTB do a tire check for me. Tom Miller (the store manager) was friendly, and accommodated my quick visit. Based on the past experiences I've had with Tom and his team, I can highly recommend them taking care of your tire needs.
Hire competent technicians and make sure diagnostic equipment is maintained and operational
Literally the WORST automotive shop to ever exist!! Never wanted to deal with you again, however we were stuck in a bind, and decided that we’d try you again. Guess what? YOU FAILED!! You said you had a tire in stock, said it’d only take an hour. Show up, and you didn’t have it in stock.. but sat there FOR AN HOUR, to say you DIDN’T HAVE THE TIRE!!! NOW WE HAVE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT NTB, and maybe they’ll be able to get the tire on before they close?! You are the most inept group of brainless fools. You consistently give fals... read more

CLOSE YOUR DOORS and never re-open
This place is a joke and it what I mean by that is they discriminate against disabled people and I do not Take that lightly! We had an appointment at 6 o’clock last night and long story short because my husbands in a wheelchair they would not take him even though he paid for the extended five year warranty and now because of the wheelchair they don’t want to refund him his full amount and we wasted two full workdays dealing with these incompetent people and if I were you I would go Anywhere but here! After being told I had to make an appointment for just a tire rotation. Appointment was at 9:30 and I have been sitting here for 40min and they still haven't even taken my truck back yet.
