These people steal! I would not recommend this place for tire service! I took my car there this winter to have snow tires put on, and while I have to admitt that the prices were very good, the staff was terrible! I really felt like they had no idea what they were doing!! The worst part in all of this is that I got two new snow tires and asked them to put my year old snow ones back on, as well, and save my 4 regular tires as they were only a year old. They only saved two of the regular tires and they would not give me new one... read more
National Tire & Battery staff is excellent I found the staff at Evertt NTB to be wonderful staff. My sistersâ car had broken down that morning and AAA let us know that it needed a new battery but did not have the correct battery in stock. The car was jump started and we drove in search of a repair shop and new battery. First we tried Pep Boys, they told us the battery was in stock and made us wait 1.5 hours before telling us that they did not have the battery in stock but had to charge us $20 for trying out other size batt... read more
They didn't fix it Bought two new rear tires. After I left. The brake sensor light wouldn't go off and the right tire kept loosing air. After working on the issue, they said sometimes It take a little bit of driving for the sensor to to adjust it self. It never did. I called their 800 customer service line. I was told that someone would call me back. That never happened. I should have noticed before I had them do the tires, that their location in Everett Mass. is the dirties business I've ever seen. Trash all over the place ... read more

Recently bought new tires. 2x in 3 weeks low tire pressure. Made appointment, showed up, they were behind. They got to it as fast as they could. Took care of it. We’re very professional and understood they missed something. Honest mistake. Otherwise except experience with the staff
