A year ago my family and I were stranded in Waco with car problems. It was a Sunday afternoon and we were on our way back home to San Antonio from Dallas. Needless to say, not many places are open on Sundays. This NTB was open and although they mostly take in appointments on Sundays, they helped us out and got us back on the road. What happened to tire repair at no charge?Discount Tire still does it.
My husband set up an apt online & chose the tires we wanted. Went to apt today & was told it was a glitch in the system or the tires were sold yesterday. But we can sell you these other tires that are $55 more per tire! What happened to the tires we selected? That is not our fault that you sold them to someone else when we have an appt. Mgt didn't care. You should have honored the price we selected. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!
We had a flat about 30 miles away, got the spare on, called them and they stayed open for us to get here and help us out. Thank goodness for them!!
The manager interrupted me when I ask for an oil change. So rude.
Trying to get home from Cameron, TX and I get a flat. The fabulous people here at NTB Waco are staying late to patch my tire when 4 other places turned me down. Shelly and Ray are my new best friends. AND they wouldn't charge me even when I begged to pay! Unreal. I have faith in humanity again.
