4th time here for an inspection. 4th time leaving with no inspection. This time she didn't acknowledge me. I assumed she was busy. Didn't even look up and say she'd be with me soon. She assumed I was with another customer. Sucky customer service. Just terrible!!!!!
The woman manager is great I didn't getting her name but I will Tuesday when I go back for my Tire all employees I dealt with are very helpful and accommodating been going here for years never had a problem
Because it wouldn't let me give them a zero. Don't ever pull in any time near closing. Even if the doors are still open and it's 100 degrees outside and five guys are still in the shop. They won't help you. They will lock up and leave you in the parking lot. Not cool.
We were told on the phone that it would take 45 minutes. We drove straight there and they said it would be one and a half hours to two hours. We drove out of the parking lot 3 hour later!!! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!
