While cleaning the car at the car wash the battery died. Being on vacation not knowing where to go, thanks to NTB Myrtle Beach for helping me and taking care of getting a new battery. Thanks again guys...
On vacation, had a bolt in center tread that Walmart wouldn't patch nor did they have a tire for possible replacement. NBT was crowded with appointments but worked me in within an hour on a SUNDAY morning. Great service. Great price as well. Would have paid more but don't tell them that. Patched tire and was on my way. Thanks guys!!
Second day of vacay and the tire pressure warning light comes on. NTB could’ve told us we needed a new tire right off the bat, and made more money, but they patched it and it’s working like a charm. It only took 30 minutes too, so we made our dinner reservations!
June 15, 2018.......Another GREAT experience at NTB Myrtle Beach ! My husband's car was in disrepair; he called me to see where I went to fix my car and of course, I said "call Jerry at NTB Myrtle Beach" ! He explained the problem, Jerry knew exactly what it was, towed the car and how fast was this ! In and out in 40 minutes! These men told me I needed 1372 worth of work. They did not properly secure my oil filter cause a huge oil leak on the under carriage of my care. I took my car to different NTB and they covered for those Sorry Poor Dangerous Greedy bastardz.
Had an appointment at 8am today and was out with a new set of tires and a price matched alignment in about 30 minutes! Staff was super friendly and quick!
