2 hours for a oil change and alignment I will never come back here ever this place is a joke

We are traveling south from NYS with a truck and fifth wheel camper. Needed some emergency work done on the truck brakes, and were recommended to call Merchants in Staunton, VA for service. Excellent job and we were back on the road in a little over two hours. We would recommend them highly!! Thank you, Matt, for you work!!

Next time we will just get the tires & have them put on ourself. Then going to say something else was wrong with it wanted to fix it and charge over $750 & the parts are less than $200. Rip off place to me .
I must say I was at the Staunton location yesterday and Jack did an incredible job fixing my vehicle what I thought was going to be very expensive ended up being very affordable thanks Jack keep up the good work !!!!
