RecommendedTraveling from North Carolina to Pennsylvania I had battery problems. After staying in Staunton for the night I had to have my car jumped in order to get rolling, stopped at NTB to get a new battery and even though they were very busy they took the time to replace my battery so I could safely get back on the road. Thank you for making the last leg of my journey safe for me and my kids to make it back home.

They stole my north face book bag and apple airpods and when confronted said they forgot to lock my car over night. Whatever the case it’s an awful company and had no remorse.
They are caring people and very helpful.
For one you don’t schedule a state inspection. And told at 11: am we aren’t scheduling anymore state inspection. Along with tons of other costly issues I’ve had with them I’ll just start taking my business elsewhere crooks parts changers and never can fix the correct problem but charge for all the other stuff they change. An alignment 4 times and still no aligned and has now cost me four tires.
My family and I were travelling when we noticed we had a bad tire. The men at this location were professional, welcoming, and made a gloomy situation brighter. I can't thank them enough for getting us back on the road within 30 minutes. If you need work done on your vehicle and you're in the area, stop here. Thank you NTB!
Wanna know what I love? I love that each and every single one of the employees at this store truly care about your safety and by fixing your vehicle correctly the first time. I have been going here sense 2009 and I won’t stop! Sometimes I forget to make an appointment but they squeeze me in. Yes those times I forget to make an appointment I sometimes wait 2-4 hours but that’s on me. I was the one who forgot to make the appointment. An hour and 45 min for JUST an oil change. Wouldn’t go down on the price of $55 after we had to wait because of their incompetence. DO NOT GO HERE.
