This was the best tire experience we have had ever. Ceasar Cordon was extremely professional and polite as well as immeasurably helpful with our purchase and installation decisions. I especially appreciated his interactions with me as a female customer; he did not talk down to me or attempt to take advantage of my limited knowledge. Amazing service! I’m very pleased by all the gentlemen I had the pleasure to speak with today! While I was speaking with David, the other associates were engaging with my children making it a fun experience for them while I was able to focus and get more information! I also appreciate that I, as a woman, was able to walk-in into their store and get honest and reliable answers without them trying to make a sale that wasn’t an immediate necessity as originally told by another facility. I wanted to give kuddos to the FM NTB. I had a horrible experience at the store in Denton. I wrote an honest review and the corporate office sent me over to this store and specifically the manager David. What a different experience I had! David was very nice, professional, listened to us, fixed the damage the Denton NTB had done to the car and explained everything that we needed to have completed and prioritized the repairs so we knew what we could do now and what we could bring it back for later. This location has always done me very well. I am one of those pain in the butt customers because my car is too low to pull into the maintenance bay yet the workers are always extremely willing to work on the car outside of the shop. Recently brought my car in for unexplained air loss in one tire and Daniel could not find a single puncture, nail, or even sidewall leak. I love the service at the flower mound store off Justin road. I drive over an hour just to go to that store. Great service after I had a blow out on a brand new tire.
Drove up shortly after opening without an appointment to check the status of my car battery. I was right-I needed a new one.....50 minutes later I was back on the road ready to complete my Saturday errands. Thank you!!
