RecommendedFriendly, knowledgeable staff...I won't take my truck anywhere else! I've been to this location multiple times for service - tires, a battery, brakes, oil changes - the only thing that I had to wait for were the tires and that was because the ones I wanted had to be ordered. Even the bathroom is clean. Exceptional staff!

NTB as a whole sucks. During an oil change at the Carrollton location, they screwed up and my oil filter was loose which caused the oil to drain completely and my motor had to be replaced. No accountability no assistance. Never again. NTB has lost a long time customer. Hey NTB, want to make it right?
The customer service at this location is subpar. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait over 3 hours for 1 tire to be changed. The technician would not refer to me by name, but by vehicle make. And for my pleasure, I was asked if I could afford a tire when asking how to get my problem resolved, which was a nail. They then stripped the tire valve and things went down hill from there...stay. away.
I was treated the way I wanted to be treated. Great customer service.
