The service manager recommended a tire and I am completely satisfied with the service and price. The car was taken into the service area on schedule and completed much sooner than expected. I would recommend NTB to other people.

No problem with work performed, it just takes to long in shop to get an oil change. One comment was 4 tires in 40 minutes. Usually takes 45 minutes to an hour for oil change.
We have bought tires and get oil changes at NTB. Wes is very helpful and we always receive courteous help in a timely manner. It's very easy to schedule appointments.
