Went to NTB to get new tires and they damaged 3/4 wheels the whole way around and didn’t want to take responsibility for the mess up.

RecommendedI have been taking my cars to NTB on the pike for years! They are the most honest and reliable shop I've been to. Wes and his crew have amazing customer service and go above and beyond for their customers! I recommend them to as many people as possible.

I just want to put a big shout out to the guys at NTB Tires on the Pike. What a great group of men they were honest, helpful, and knowledgeable! I will absolutely go back to them for all my car needs.
I take all my vehicles to NTB tire religiously I also use NTB tire for my corporate fleet they take care of me and I trust them 100%. They do not oversell things you do not need. BJ Is the only person I let do my alignments as he does them correctly and precisely. If you want reliable service in your car to run correctly stop in and see Barry.
Had an appointment at 8:30am. Still have not touch my vehicle. Unacceptable. If they were at the grocery store they would be demanding free groceries. 🤬

I was taking my daughter to the library when I stopped to put air in my tires. Unfortunately, a valve stem on one of my tires sheared off and the tire went flat. It was late afternoon on Sunday but the guys at NTB fixed my tire immediately and got me back on the road in a flash. We even made it to the library to pick up our books too! I’ll definitely go back.
