Great service, pricing. and staff. One recommendation...please clean your waiting area. I was almost afraid to touch anything it was so gross. Papertowles, cleaning spray, and a broom go a long way. FYI...i got here at 830 on a Monday morning so no excuses.

NTB was careless and documented the wrong mileage on an oil change invoice for my husband. We’re trying to get warranty coverage for a motor replacement that is being denied because NTB did not document the mileage correctly, and therefore, the warranty company is not covering us because we don’t have enough oil change invoices they’ll accept. When my husband went to NTB they said there wasn’t anything they could do. A mindless lack of attention to detail now is costing us thousands of dollars. Very disappointed.

They started replacing all my tires 15 minutes before closing and had me done in a little over an hour. Thank you to the rep who helped me and the staff that stayed late, so I wouldn't miss work the next day.
I feel so confident when i leave from getting my car worked on. Ken does a fantastic job explaining everything that needs done and tells you what you might need down the road. I'm very pleased with everything they have to offer! Thank you, NTB Jonestown Rd!
On the way home from the holidays we blew a tire. One quick phone call and they had our tire in stock, slid us in between two other customers and sent us in our way. Very appreciative of the team at National Tire in Harrisburg
