Slow af! I've been told to wait one hour for the alignment on my car... Here I'm 2.5 hours later and my car is parked on the same spot. �
Service was much better when it was Tire Kingdom and Mark was there. . Patronized Tire Kingdom for tires and oil changes for more than 15 years, but cannot even get a decent oil change at a reasonable price... and for some reason they do not want to rotate tires anymore. I wasn't the only unhappy customer either. There is a reason they have a sign up that says they are hiring. I will support a local business for my car needs after my experience on June 21, 2017.
Very clean waiting area. The Manager was very nice and didn't speak to me like I was a dumb blonde woman! The price was good, and the service was great. I made my appointment on line 3 days b4, I was in & out in 30 minutes for an oil change! I would recommend NTB to anyone of my friends, especially my female friends!
But it certainly should have been cheaper. Why does a person have to pay to have their tires mounted & balanced & pay a service fee if the brakes are under warranty? I was never offered the buy 3 get 1 free on the Cooper tires that are the tires I preferred. My tires would have been $150 cheaper but this wasn't brought to my attention by the sales associate. Feeling cheated because I'm a female & was taken advantage of... Will definitely consider going somewhere else in the future.
