Took my wheel there to get it patched. When I got the wheel back there was a large chip in the wheel. I asked the gentleman at the front desk what the policy was when my products are damaged. He then referred me to a number for his manager. The number was to the store and helped none at all. Also, I dropped the wheel off at 1 and got it back at 630 with a chip in it.
Went during my lunch. Got in and out, great service with an appointment.
