Too slow and expensive. They waste too much of my time
went because I needed an oil change and my engine light was flashing. they said they would do the oil change and that I needed a radiator but I needed a transmission because it was giving the death code and they don't do transmissions. they replaced the radiator and allegedly did the oil change. I called around on the transmission. found a solid mechanic and was informed I had a bad coil pack and my transmission was fine. was also told my oil had not been changed which made sense since my check oil soon light wasn't reset

James has the right idea for customer service. Super friendly and helpful. From the first phone call when I scheduled my appt. to me picking up my car after they were done. In a time where customer service seems non-existent, it was nice to see it's not completely gone!
A reasonably good experience getting my oil changed yesterday
A good experience. I would recommend NTB to anyone looking for service on their. Good customer service. The job started on time and finished on time.
Wouldn't help my mother with a flat tire told her that closed at 7 and she got there at 6:45 way to help someone out won't ever have my business!!!!
Sad when they tell you they will not fix your tire. Because they close in 15 minutes and send you on your way !!
We just needed air in our tires. They were really nice and extremely helpful. Problem solved!
