RecommendedI went in with a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. The rep told me i needed new tires which i knew wasnt true and then said they couldnt rotate them bc it was dangerous to move my better ones to the front. I have front wheel drive so it's better if they r on the front versus the back. But i guess because I'm a female they didnt think I knew that.
They are way overpriced on their service and parts.
Management didn’t act like he even cared to be there and sure was not wanting to hurry to get anything done. Guy working front desk was nice but not good with the computer and he even had to wait with me and call the manager twice while I waited for 20 minutes to find out it was going to be over and hour to get my tire even looked at none the less fixed.
I hope no one goes to this place. Made a appointment for oil change, inspection at 11 am. left it at 10:45, came back at 1:30, they said be done at 1. They had not even got it in ! Waited and they lied about the wipes, and the price, NEVER GOING BACK. They SUCK !
I was in a total bind. They stayed open late to help me. They were totally professional and kind.
Bought 4 tires and got my brakes fixed. Tires came with a warranty, two free alignments. Guy literally said if someone were to slash your tires we will replace them for free. Paid 900.00 for them. Every time they had some excuse not to honor the warranty. Just went up there yesterday and sat for 2 and a half hours because I had a flat. For them to tell me they wouldn't even plug the tires because of some new reason. They would only sell me two new tires. I have bought several thousands of dollars worth of tires and labor over the last 10-15 years but they will not get another penny from me. Manager is strictly a company man. I hope you can make it without customers because you think you are always right and the customer doesn't matter.
The place is under great management.. Mark and David are doing a great job leading their crew
