Took my car there numerous times this year. Once to get a manifold replaced, brakes, and oil change. Charged an insane amount. Decided to give a 2nd chance and needed spark plugs replaced went into to do spark plugs and diagnostic. Charged over 400 and still wasn’t fixed. Took it to another mechanic for them to show me where spark plugs were not the correct ones and they didn’t even connect them all the way. Plus my manifold literally fell apart not even a month after getting it fixed by them.

I took my car for an oil change and they didn't inform me that my oil pan was leaking or that my back manifold gasket was bad and had caused a leak. it almost caused my car to blow up.

RecommendedI’ve been surprisingly satisfied with the service here… However I paid for my service by phone letting them know I would pick my car up after hours. When I arrived to the shop my car was still locked and nobody was at the building.🤬
For the second time in a row now on two completely separate occasions I have given this company a chance. Just like the first they screwed up again. When you make an appointment and arrive to find no cars on the alignment machine thinking this will be normal then 30 min later get told your vehicle is going to take longer. Over the last week I have been helped by Thomas and Brian (dark hair). They have been NOTHING but perfect! Very respectful and courteous. Of course the wait was long the first day seeing how I was a walk in, completely understandable. Today I had an appointment and it was just under an hour and a half, which was great! Great place to have all services to your vehicle performed. NC Inspections, preventive maintenance, tires and batteries. One stop shop. Very professional with a great group of folks working there.
The staff is very friendly and thorough!! Always feel comfortable getting all my truck's work done there.
