I arrived at NTB,to check low tire pressure, technicians were very informative and knowledgeable about condition of tire ,finding that I picked up a nail, tire repaired I will recommend this location to everyone,thanks again
Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt... I purchased a set of brand new tires from here in June of 2016... 3 of the 4 brand new tires were put on wrong.. I had put about 1,500 miles on the tires. Someone else had to tell me that the tires were put wrong.. do they not train their employees... Only to come back today, 01/11/17.. dropped my car off on my lunch break at 12:30pm for a oil change and tires to be rotated and balanced.. arrived back at 5:00pm and it's 6:32pm and I'm still waiting on my vehicle .... PISSED OFF!
Gary was very helpful. Gary was professional and kind. I hit something on the 110 and had two blowouts. NTB had the tires i needed and were open late on a Saturday afternoon. I thank them for being there.
Did the right thing I went to get 4 tires for my aging Toyota Sienna late one Saturday afternoon. The guy at the counter (John) was very professional and I didn't think the wait was excessive. Price was about what I expected for some middle of the road (so to speak) tires. Drove home and noticed tha next day that my front hub caps were missing. Called Tire Kingdom back and they said they didn't see them around the shop and to come by so they could see what type they were (guess there are different styles). Anyway, they order... read more
Pretty good I have only been to Tire Kingdom once, a few months ago. The staff seemed pretty knowledeable and they were able to replace a tire on my SUV. Their prices were average/ comparable to other tire shops. Unlike another reviewer, I did not have to wait very long, maybe they were there during a busy time.
Minor tire repairs Tire Kingdom did a very good job patching a tire that was fairly new and had a bolt in the tread. The charge was very reasonable and the staff was polite. However it did take a rather long time (45 minutes) for a simple patch job.
