Since I got the tires there, I went back for tire service and generally did not have significant issues. Great Staff
Was told a nail in my tire was “in the side wall” when it was not. I’m sure being a female, alone in a tire shop I had, “TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME PLEASE!” written across my forehead. Took my vehicle to another shop, they laughed at my story, and patched my tire.
Got my SUV here just to be told there are no mechanics.... y'all got to get it together! Very disappointing
Wayne is my Angel! I had a flat at 9pm during Christmas week and he was willing to fix it so I could make it to work in the morning. Best place by far! Thank you so much.
More than a 3 hr wait for an oil change, brake check and belt replaced. Had an appt at 8am but was told when I got here that they don't really use appointments any more and 2 people were ahead of me. I've now been here more than 3 hours and I'm still waiting for my car to get finished. I want here an hour before they even started. If I'd known that appointments don't apply here, I would never have come on a Friday. But now, I don't think I'll ever come back. Very disappointing.
