Great service today. My tire pressure light was on, so I stopped in for a free pressure check and air top off. They were fast and friendly. I highly recommend.
i would like a manager to reach out to me. i took 3.5 hrs for 4 tires and 1.5 hts once in because the guy working on mine decided to eat lunch while i was waiting... should have been in and out in 2 hours tops
Dropped my truck off for tires and when I picked it up the battery was completely flat. Left it with them to charge the battery and was told the battery had a bad cell according to their testing machine and after some argument and No print out of the test they decided to test it to show me and the battery passed showing 100%. They did something and the truck started and I left and stopped by a parts store that uses the same tester they did just to make sure they ran the test twice back to back and it passed 100% both times. ... read more

These people are crooks especially.....if you are a woman, and if your a guy you are ignorant!!! Professional mechanics SHOULD know to put the cap back on after checking brake fluid!!!! Not to mention......trying to FIGHT customers when YOU KNOW YOU’RE WRONG!!!! If you do business with NTB supporting IGNORANCE!!!! Don’t play ROULETTE WITH YOUR LIFE!!! I do not recommend this place. I was told upon arrival and checking in that the flat repair would be 30 minutes. I arrived at 10:45am. The tech walked off out behind the building after he jacked the vehicle up and removed the tire. Then when I started watching through the windows he returned to the shop and started working on the tire. And honestly there was only one customer ahead of me. And here I am still waiting and hour after arriving.
