I love how this company hires an incompetent store manager who decided to let a hard working employee go for no reason and didn't even have the balls to tell him or was in the right to do so. All because he had food poisoning and was throwing up everywhere. However the same dumbass wants to keep employees who can't even do their job correctly or effectively in order to run a successful business. Nice job merchants, really have your priorities straight. Very poor customer service at the Valley View Roanoke Va store , had an appointment for 530, arrived 10 min early was told the reservation system triple booked and I could not be seen until over 2 1/2 hours later. I drove an hour for this appointment and to wait another 2 to 3 hours just to be served is ridiculous. My time is just as important and anyone else's and to treat customers like this is awful. I had an 11:00am appointment for an oil and filter change. An hour and 20 minutes later my car hasn't been touched...with exception of them moving my car from the front parking lot to the garage... Big whoop! This is not how I wanted to spend my Saturday!!! This is totally unacceptable! #NEVERAGAIN
We had our van towed there after breaking down on rt 81 on vacation at the suggestion of the tow truck driver. ..they not only were able to diagnose the problem but got us back on our way within a few hours...considering it was a Saturday afternoon we would have been stranded until at least monday...Big thank you to the crew in Roanoke and to the tow truck driver who helped us out!
