RUDE AND TARGETED ME BECAUSE I AM FEMALE!! I went to drop my car off to this establishment this morning because I called YESTERDAY and told them I was having an issue with my wheel jerking and shaking as I accelerate over 60 mph. When I walked in, there was a mechanic sitting in the lobby and he didn't even try to get up to get the clerk or whoever was supposed to be at the desk, he let me stand there and wait. I will never come back to this company again! They broke wheel bolts on my car and are charging me $170 to fix what they broke. Manager won’t come speak with me. Never again.
The guy who answered the phone was a total jackass! And they are way too overpriced! Glad I chose firestone!

I will never do business at Merchants tire Valley View. Horrible customer service by Manager. Had my car at store 2 times this week for work. Had appointment today to have work done arrived to be told I was to come back Sat. He comes out eating a Burrito and acted like my time wasn't important. I reported him to customer service that sent me to Merchants tire on Franklin rd. Great service at Franklin Rd store. Very professional service at the store.
