RecommendedLate Sunday afternoon, I realized I had a flat tire. After a series of unfortunate events and enough air in my tire to travel, I ended up at NTB (Silver Dr. Columbus, OH) about 5 minutes before their closing time. It was an obvious inconvenience for the staff, but I have to travel an hour to work each day. Dan and Mark seriously saved the day and agreed to fix my tire that had a huge screw embedded in i . I was picking up an order at Lowe's and when I returned to my car it would not start (zero power). I called my bestie and my mechanic. Mechanic said to check tightness of battery connections. My bestie arrived and did so (after I purchased jumper cables, that I didn't need, but will keep) and the car started right away. The NTB In strongsville is the worst place that I have have gone to they are so trashy and so disrespectful. My car was drove in by a friend and expected to be towed out a week later. The employee spit on my car threw oil on my car, through a lit cigarette on my car, sprayed me with a hose all with my two year old daughter in the car. And instead of fixing my car and firing the trashy employee they said it was an accident that was all okay because I knew the person working there. I always take my car there for repairs, have never had a bad experience the staff has always been very friendly and professional. The manager Will Haggarty is the consummate professional.
Apparently they dont do walk-ins? We had to jump-start our car, drove it there and my husband wandered around for 10 minutes, looking into the service bay and waiting to see if anyone could come out. Guess we're going to Midas instead.
With the type of job I have I have to get an oil change pretty much every month it's always a smooth process and the customer service is great always feel confident leaving there
