The repair on my vehicle took longer than expected. The mechanics explained what the problem was and let me see the challenge they faced. The mechanics used their experience and expertise to overcome that challenge, saving me a significant amount of money. Best of all, they stuck to their original quote when I picked up my vehicle. These guys are great! I recommend them for any car repair you might need! Paul, Jason and Elmer get the job done!
Went here for a nail in tire. Derek (Wadsworth - NTB) said too busy to fix, although the technician said I will take a break and fix it for her. Derek would not allow him to fix. I had recent knee surgery and had to go elsewhere to fix so I could make it to - physical therapy tomorrow. It's sad because when I had NTB put 4 new tires on, they wasn't too busy then. Lost my future business. DEREK = LACKING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
I have been waiting since July of 2016 for a complaint to be resolved. This was a really serious problem . They didn't tighten any of my lug nuts and this caused damage to my wheels as well as had my wife almost lose control of the car at 70 MPH when it started vibrating really bad and the left rear tire was about to come off.
