I paid $1100 dollars for tires and aliment. Took them 4 hours to do. 3 out of 4 tires leak and get down below 20 psi once a week. Called them to see if they could fix the leak and they wanted $10 dollars a tire. Wouldn’t even recommend them working on a pedal bike
Worst experience ever. Failed to tighten lug nuts and won’t own up to it. I’ll never recommend anyone to this place. Lucky we got off the highway when we did...

Definitely going to be a repeat customer! The guys were able to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and after requesting they take special care of my wheels they treated them like they were made of glass. When I came to pick my wheels back up they were absolutely perfect and they actually made sure to handle my requests for specific wheels to be marked for where they should go, all of the tires were mounted correctly (directional tires, you wouldn’t believe how many places mess that up), and hit the tire pressur... read more
Had an appointment in September for 4 tires at NTB in Wadsworth. Waited over 2 hours to get the tires put on. One of the tires has a slow leak so my husband took it up on Sunday to be fixed and was told that they would not even look at it without an appointment. So, he made an appointment for 6:30 tonight. He drove all the way up there for his 6:30 appointment and is now being told that they might have a chance to look at it around 9:30! We will never do business with National Tire & Battery ever again!
