Worst customer service. I bought a new tire from them. Got a nail within 3 weeks. Took it to them telling them I had a nail it in, they "checked it out" and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it, so they just aired up all my tires. Next morning, my tire pressure is low, take it back, they can't do anything for 4 hours. I leave and take it to discount tire, they found the puncture within 3 minutes. We scheduled alignments for our f450s but because the agent failed to schedule properly Chris M rejected us. Bad service, offered no solutions, same guy that told me two years ago that my tires were balding and falling apart and couldn’t pass inspection just to get me to buy new tires. Buyers beware

very nice & professional. very thorough & detailed. replaced my tire in least than 2 hours.
The customer service was poor and the man helping us in the office looked like we were an inconvenience to to him. I won’t be back.

Worst place... they couldn't align a Honda Civic CRX that was not lowered or anything. Then they had a rookie doing the work then handed me the keys and said it was good to go... I drive out and almost hit a wall... come to find out it was a negative camber and instead of going positive with it, he went even more negative!! So my rear tires were BOTH FACING TO THE LEFT!
