Went to this place since they specialize in batteries. They charge their regular labor rate of $131.00 per hour. You do the math for 30 minutes of labor. They told me they cut me a deal at $52.40. Total charge for a battery $210.00. Buyer beware. Talked to the store manager to no avail.

When a customer is waiting to have a new tire mounted and it takes more than 20minutes, EXPLAIN WHY. I went in at 10:30 A.M. and was asked to come back at 4:30 to get my tire. I came on time and WAITED UNTIL 6 P.M for my tire. Nobody said "We're waiting for the tire", or "we're backed up." I just cooled my heels for 90 minutes AFTER being put off for 6 hours that morning. If you don't need your car or your time isn't valuable, this may be the place for you!!
I came in to have my tires changed and get an alignment done at 11:30 am was told it wold be done and ready by 2pm I didn't mind the wait because I had to run some errands at THE HOME DEPOT which is nest door. I got done doing what I had to do at 1:50 pm when I came to pick up my car it WAS STILL IN THE SAME FUCKING SPOT they hadn't even bother doing ANYTHING to it! My husband went inside and told them about it they got the car inside when they where working on it they broke a piece and had us wait another TWO LONG HOURS unt... read more
They took great care of me. They fixed my wiper fluid pump and figured out why my AC smelt funny without throwing unnecessary cost at me.
