I would definitely not recommend the Longview store. They will try to find more things to replace or even damage parts to drum up work

My sister has taken her car on numerous occasions and they keep trying to take advantage of her. This is one place that is ridiculous as all outdoors. I wouldn't take my bicycle to NTB for them to work on it.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Even though I scheduled I appointment for my Oil Change a week prior, I still had to wait. A week later I had to come in due to my oil not being changed and my car making noise. I guess that's what I get for cheating and not going to the dealership.
There was a slight wait due to staffing shortages, but they are always super nice and welcoming. I will continue to come here with all of my tire needs, and I’ve had my oil changed here as well. The later hours are convenient for those that work days.

Great fast and friendly service. Will be back here for other needs. In and out in about 30 minutes for my alignment. And I can def tell a difference. Thank you!
NTB is the most affordable place to get my oil changed, which is why I go there. Customer service is very good as long as you are aware of 2 things. 1) It will always take 1 hour or more no matter when you go in for service. It is almost as if they try and scare you off by saying it’s going to be a 2 hour wait if you are going to stay. Just be ready for that. 2) They are going to get your car in for service and then spend who knows how long giving you an “assessment” of what you car needs.
