Arrived for an alignment appointment scheduled for 10:30 at 10:45 (stalled truck on the exit ramp, what are you going to do?). At 1:15 I get my keys back. “sorry. Your Jeep is too wide for our rack.” It took 2 and a half hours for you to determine this?! And thanks but no thanks for the free oil change card. Your lack of concern for my time is too small for my business.

I am LIVID! I was getting my oil changed at NTB, and the guy told me I had a screw in my back tire and said I should replace it. I took my car over to Firestone since my tires are still under warranty, and the "screw" they pulled out from between my treads was just a piece of metal with nothing that could puncture my tire. How dare you try to scam me just because I'm a woman bringing my car in by myself! You've lost a customer.
Very, nice, explain everything to me. I will be going back
