I did not have any issues. This is the 3rd time at this location. wait time was okay, and the guy at the counter was very nice.
Had an appointment for 8 AM today (Tuesday) for an alignment & tire rotation. It's now 9:45 AM & a mechanic JUST came into the waiting room to ask me where my wheel lock is located. It's totally UNACCEPTABLE to wait this long for simple maintenance. l dont have to wait this long in the doctor's office. Not patronizing this place again- l have better things to do other than sit here for 2 + hours!
I will never use them again very nasty counter people. There scheduling sucks, how long does it take to change a tire, I have never done it before and I could do it faster then them. Then there was and older gentalman the who got a flat the night before and they were making him wait until the end of the day. He was there at 9.30 my wife left at 2:30 and he was still there. hideous will never use them again
Very good and nice people.
We had a scheduled appointment. Still the wait was bad. We told them we were going to lunch. Came back and waited 2 more hours.
