RecommendedHave been going here for many years. Never had an issue. No rip-offs like other shops. Jason and David are the two who I deal with most and they always treat me with courtesy and respect. Don't know about other NTBs but I highly recommend this one.😁
I would not recommend the Oakhill location, due to unprofessionalism and lack of attention to detail, for instance, my locking lug nuts going missing and regular ones ending up on my vehicle.
purchase a set of tires this weekend from the 290 store in Austin under the assumption that would fall under the $ 699 dollars 12 months no interest as I had discussed with the service advisor. The total came out to $698 and put me under the 6 months no interest. spoke to several different stores and was told by store managers that was an easy fix, but while it seems to be an easy fix they are not willing to help very disappointed in NTB at this point. not a big fan of blasting people on Facebook but it seems like nowadays i... read more
It has taken me a few days to get over being totally scamed by this place droped my truck off to have the front end alignment they said there was stuff wrong with it so they couldn't do the alignment they charged me 80 dollars for work they never done i ask what they found and they couldn't even tell me with a straight face so they didnt even write anything down i think he told me well i guess i can go ask but they are very busy so just be careful they are not honest i could also go on about another instance with there tires... read more
I had an appointment for an oil change for 10am. It’s almost noon and I’m still here, two hours later, for what should have been a 10 minute procedure. Do not go here.
Came in at 7:58pmand they fixed my tired quickly! Thanks guys!
In and out in 45 minutes. Tires balanced and rotated. Estimated 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Great Job
