Super slow service. There is no urgency, no leadership and no customer service at this location.
After doing a significant amount of work on my Honda Accord, including an oil change, I noticed the car sounded “louder”. I know nothing about cars, but decided to pop the hood and tAke a look under the hood. I could tell right away the oil cap was not on! Immediately took the car back to NTB in Concord Nc and spoke to the assistant manager who was very apologetic. Of course, the person who worked on my vehicle no longer works there. I haven't had time to rotate my tires and have noticed they seemed to have a small vibration at highway speed.Found the time to stop in and ask to get my tires balanced.Picked a good time to come in,because they were not very busy and got me right in.I'm a diesel tech and have worked on vehicles just about my whole life and when I tell you that the guys in Concord,NC know what they are doing,I was very impressed with there work practice.I mean that by the rotation, balance and proper tightening of lug nuts,cross pattern and ... read more
Terrible customer service, Technician stalled car in parking lot because he can't drive a manual transmission and then proceeded to tell the manager my car was a piece of sh*t loud enough for all the customers to over hear in the customer lounge. Confronted manager and he just said he asked him to watch what he says, but didn't apologize or anything. Take your business elsewhere.
