After paying them to mount and balance new tires, I recently attempted to rotate them for the season, only to find that their tecs damaged 2 studs (stripped) and rounded off 4 lugs. Excessive force from overused impact wrench and not properly starting by hand and using a torque wrench led to this damage. After reporting this they refused to acknowledge and take responsibility by making things right. BE WARNED!

It’s always a great experience
Had to have two tires repaired that were thankfully covered under my hazard warranty. Got a much needed oil change while they were at it. They did the 80,000 check on my car and said everything looked good. Courteous staff, we were in and out, and they didn't try selling me anything I didn't need.
The staff was very knowledgeable the service was excellent I will return in the future. NTB offers the best oil change and tire rotation special ever for your money.
Sheisty scammers not real mechanics beware most horrible repair shop I have ever been to! They broke all my coils then tried to sell me new ones and put a bunch of zip ties under my hood under the plastic where I couldn't see it. They lie and steal your money.
Questionable work they zip tied spark plugs in.
